Privacy policy
This site collects as little as possible. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you.
Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form on our contact page: your name, your organisation, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, the service you are interested in, and your message.
We ask for these so we can reply to you and understand what you need. Nothing on this site asks for sensitive information, and we would rather you did not send any through the form — a phone call or a direct email is the better place for anything confidential about your organisation or your Community.
How the form works
The enquiry form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party service that receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Web3Forms processes submissions on servers in the United States and, on the plan we use, retains a copy for up to 30 days before deleting it. Their privacy policy is atweb3forms.com/privacy.
Once your enquiry reaches us it is held in our email account and kept only as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of the work.
What we do not do
- We set no cookies on this website.
- We run no analytics or visitor tracking of any kind.
- We load no fonts, scripts or images from third-party services. Everything the site needs is served from our own domain, so visiting a page tells no one else that you were here.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we never will.
- We do not use your information to send marketing you did not ask for.
Hosting
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and request times. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also raise a concern with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner atoaic.gov.au.
