Community Capacity Building
Capacity building is about making sure a Community can carry the work once the project has finished.
We design and deliver projects where Communities set their own priorities and hold ownership of the solutions. That ownership is what makes the change hold.
We work alongside organisations, government and Community members, and we respect cultural authority at every stage. What gets co-designed has to be practical and achievable, built on the strengths already present in a Community rather than on a model imported from somewhere else.
