Systemic change doesn't happen by chance. It is driven by the policies and procedures that shape how organisations think and act.
Policies set the vision for equity and inclusion, while procedures translate that vision into daily practice. Together they form the framework that either sustains the status quo or shifts it.
We read the documents as they stand, then come back with specific recommendations: the clauses that create barriers, the wording to change, and the changes that will matter most to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community members.
